I offer live music performances across a wide range of genres and decades, available as a soloist, duo, trio, or full band. My repertoire is adaptable and thoughtfully curated for each setting, blending originals with familiar songs that span styles and eras. Each performance is shaped in real time to support the atmosphere of the space, whether intimate or high-energy, always with attention to presence, flow, and audience experience.

My sound healing work invites participants into immersive sonic environments designed to soften the mind and open space for inner listening. Through voice, tonal instruments, and layered sound, each journey unfolds intuitively, supporting deep rest, emotional release, and a felt sense of grounding and connection.

Certified through The Whole Health Project, I facilitate breathwork sessions that explore the body’s innate capacity to return to balance through conscious, down-regulating breath. These guided experiences are designed to soften stress responses, restore a sense of internal rhythm, and support participants in reconnecting with steadiness, presence, and ease.

I offer tarot readings as a reflective and intuitive practice designed to support clarity, self-inquiry, and personal insight. Each reading is approached with care and presence, using the cards as a tool for exploring themes, patterns, and possibilities that may be emerging in one’s life. The intention is not prediction, but perspective—creating space for awareness and inner alignment.

I facilitate vocal activation sessions designed to explore the voice as a tool for expression, release, and embodiment. These experiences use breath, sound, and guided vocal practices to help participants reconnect with their natural voice in a supported and nonjudgmental space. The intention is to encourage presence, confidence, and a deeper sense of self-expression.

I facilitate yoga and movement experiences that blend breath awareness, functional strength, and intentional pacing. Classes are guided slowly to support deeper presence, stability, and nervous system regulation, allowing participants to build both physical resilience and embodied awareness. The focus is on simplicity, precision, and the integration of breath with movement.

My women’s circles are thoughtfully held gatherings centered on presence, reflection, connection, and play. Through guided sharing and intentional space-holding, participants are invited into a slower, more attuned way of relating—to themselves and to one another. The work is rooted in simplicity, listening, and the quiet strength of shared experience.
