Ghanay, originally from Central Illinois, developed an early appetite for the textures, rhythms, and expressions of life beyond the familiar. Following college, she began traveling in search of a more intentional and soulful way of living—an exploration that continues to shape her work today.
She is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, performing as a solo artist, in duo collaborations, and with a full band across a range of settings. Her sound blends originals and thoughtfully curated covers, with an emphasis on atmosphere, connection, and presence.
Alongside her musical work, Ghanay facilitates sound-based and guided experiences, including sound journeys, meditation, breathwork, vocal activation, and small-group gatherings. Her approach centers on creating spaces that feel grounded, immersive, and responsive to both people and place.
Now based in Colorado, she maintains a practice rooted in reflection, nature, and cyclical living. Whether performing or facilitating, her work is guided by a desire to create experiences that feel both intentional and resonant—locally and abroad.
